LOCALLY OWNED & OPERATED

Better Choice Heating & Air Conditioning was established in 1989 by Dan Graham in Southwest Ohio. The company was purchased by Laymon & Kelly Bowling in 2019 & is now a Bowling Family Company. Laymon & Kelly have been life-long residents of Southwest Ohio. They were married in 2017 & currently reside in Lebanon with their son Knox Jameson, their daughter Lola Grace and their two dogs, Guinness & Scotchie.

Laymon began his HVAC career in 2004 & has experience in residential, commercial, and industrial service & installations. He’s been involved with HVAC on multiple levels, from delivering equipment to service maintenance to troubleshooting to installation of systems. He excels at serving customers, explaining things at the customer’s level, and maintaining integrity within the HVAC business. Laymon currently owns Beachcreek Properties, is a former owner of a different HVAC company, & has grown up in his family’s construction services & real-estate investment company.
